The Riesel Problem :
LLR TRP just stop working

I had a couple of TRPs that stop working and the CPU is idle and % of work not changing.
So I just aborted them both.
I'm running them on Intel Haswell 12 core total with HT on with multicore work enabled with turbo overclock at 3.99 GHz at 100c package temp.

Disable HT - it is useless on LLR ( as described many times here on forum)
Lower clock of CPU
Reduce CPU temp

If it is the 5930k I see listed in your computer list, you probably have a hardware instability caused by overclocking and overheating. 100C is bad. Check your cooling is clean of dust. If it doesn't reduce temperatures, you might just need a better cooler. Undo the overclock and try again at standard settings.
Note it is a 6 core CPU that can handle 12 threads. For LLR, only real cores count, so if working in multi-thread then just use 6.
Edit: my 5930k for comparison:

It does TRP tasks one at a time with 6 threads in around 2 hours ball park.

Boinc Benchmarks
Benchmark results:
Number of CPUs: 6 HT off
4980 floating point MIPS (Whetstone) per CPU
18195 integer MIPS (Dhrystone) per CPU

Boinc benchmark do not show real value: since there is point where memory become to slow for transfer data, and calculation become slower. Try yourself different combination , but current one 12 workunit per cycle is definitely the worst choice you can make. Same will be with 6 workunit per cycle. Try 2 cores per workunit ( with HT off , of-course)

Turning off HT made my CPU 18c cooler and still running at 100%. From 100c to 82c.

That's still too high. From your times, your CPU is clearly throttling (my older AVX-inferior 6 core SBE outperforms yours, it shouldn't) and unstable. What cooler are you using?
Whether it's air or water/AIO, take it off, clean it out, and put down new grease when you reinstall. Everyone should do a reinstall every 2-3 years. If you can't find any thermal grease ("paste"), buy a tube of Noctua's NT-H2, or NT-H1 if you can't find it. Inexpensive, and very good.
If it's water/AIO, check the CPU mounting plate for corrosion or see if there's fluid missing by checking for light sloshing. If there is, buy a new one.

Even at 82c, it's very stable (nothing has crashed) and everything is clean and the past is less than a year old and done by a professional along with the rest of the PC (I will thank about using the past you suggested and maybe in the long run). Tubo overclock from 3.5 to 4Ghz using AI overclocking and it asks what colorer I'm using which is air cooling with all fans on high even the GPUs. It's 80F in my room with AC but I like that temp from time to time.
Note: I am also running 2 GPU work as well.
