Maybe I'm blind but I don't see the "BOINC cache settings to "0 days" " setting in the Linux (Ubuntu) version of the client?
If you're using the desktop gui:
Options > Computing Preferences > Other (at bottom of the "Computing" tab) > "Store at least 0 days of work" & "Store up to an additional 0 days of work"

We're running PFGW offline, and although it's not yet complete, it's found at least 1 XGFN factor.
There's no factor anywhere in the PRPNet database, even though Nortech's computer ran PFGW and must have completed it because the prime was reported back to the server.
Any ideas? Is PRPNet only running the Fermat factor test, or is it also running the GFN and XGFN tests?
27*2^7046834+1 is a Factor of xGF(7046830,10,3)!!!! (21370.267000 seconds)
EDIT: Test is done and there's a second divisor:
27*2^7046834+1 is a Factor of xGF(7046832,11,5)!!!! (21361.014000 seconds)
Hi Michael,
That may be my fault! I thought something had gone wrong on that computer, the CPU usage was way down. On investigation, I saw it had spent over 5 hours running PFGW (single thread) instead of LLR (multi-thread) as I was expecting.
Not realizing the significance of this at the time, I did restart the prpclient which I suspect may have terminated the PFGW test prior to it finding and/or reporting the factors…?

Yes. Since this is base 2, it will use pfgw to search for GFN divisors and report them.

Does prpclient ever intentionally invoke PFGW for a k=27 candidate after a specific result from LLR (e.g. prime)?

I was literally thinking a few minutes ago about how nobody has asked or complained about PRPNet.
Here's my question to everyone: WWWW is down until it's modified to produce a meaningful residue so it can be double checked reliably. If and when it returns, it's conceivable it might run on BOINC rather than PRPNet.
That leaves only 27, 121, primorial, and factorial running on PRPNet.
How strong is the demand to run any of those 4?
I'm not saying we'd necessarily turn it on anytime soon (there's some issues), but I do want to know how important it is to all of you.
Personally, I’ve been eagerly watching for the return of PRPNet, specifically the k=27 project. It was my goal to get to #1 and/or find a top 50 prime. Simplistically the lack of a double-check on PRPNet meant that my slower machines couldn’t be “beaten to the finish line†if they did find a prime (I do, however, see the logic in double-checking!)
If PRPNet returns, I’d carry on crunching k=27 but also understand that it may not be worth the time/effort required to run this project...

I also found those lines in my event log when I deleted app_info.xml and created an app_config.xml. However, when looking at processor usage, multi-threading was actually working as intended. As a work-unit of each type is downloaded, the corresponding "app version" complaint seems to disappear from the event log...

Host ID: 499554 running ap26_opencl_linux64 on a 2GB GeForce GTX 960 (driver 352.63 & no monitor connected). All results as expected in 42s, 46s and 41s respectively.
Host ID: 400358 running ap26_sse2_linux64 on an i7-3770. All results as expected in 917s, 1037s & 907s respectively.
Host ID: 498992 running ap26_sse2_linux64 on an AMD Athlon X2 4200+. All results as expected in 4364s, 4478s & 4215s respectively.
Host ID: 498992 running ap26_opencl_linux64 on a 1GB GeForce GT730 (driver 340.96 & no monitor connected).
Tests also terminate with “clWrite Error†& “CL_MEM_OBJECT_ALLOCATION_FAILUREâ€.

Hi Iain, I upgraded to GCC5 in an attempt to prove to myself that library versions were the problem with the previous linux64/OCL binary. I then attempted to "downgrade" back to GCC4.8.4 to test this new version. My concern is that the resultant mix of files may not reflect a stock Ubuntu LTS installation.
Having said that, I ran the first three tests (157476^65536+1, 1927034^65536+1 & 52186^131072+1) via the command line and all yield the desired result.

Ok, I have a workaround for Ubuntu 14.04LTS (and possibly 15.04). It appears to be a known "issue" that the Long Term Support versions of Ubuntu have fairly old GCC libraries. In this case, they are obviously older than the compiler used for Genefer 3.3.0
I confirmed this by installing GCC v5 on Host#498992 and it is now happily crunching GFN15 units without complaint.
My workaround was as follows (use entirely at your own risk/discretion!):
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ubuntu-toolchain-r/test
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install gcc-5
