When do we think WW will be "live"? Still by end of November?

LLR2 FTW!
Ah, but what are the 1,249 errors?
I had a few errors caused by my power flickering. When the machine cam back up I had some jobs with errors.

All tasks for nividea GPU failing.

My rig has three GPU cards, I sometimes get failures to heating especially mid day when the sun is glaring through the window. A fan can sometimes help move heat enough to eliminate my issue.
Also, Maybe try some less intensive subprojects like AP27 or GFN15 to see if they complete successfully.

Tasks fetched 2 minutes before previous ends
(Message 144532)

I noticed that BOINC fetches a new GFN GPU task about 2 minutes to 2:30 before the current one ends. Since the tasks only take about 6-7 minutes that has an impact on my first rate. So I'd like BOINC to only get a new task once the other is finished, or maybe 10-20 seconds before ETA.
I have "get work for xx days" set to 0.00005 which would be a few seconds. Is there any way to prevent prefetching entirely?
Set to 0 days, I believe Boinc estimates when task will finish so I suspect jobs are just taking a bit longer than the estimated complete. Fetching jobs should not affect current computation time to my knowledge.

What sub project tasks are you trying to run? Some apps are more friendly than others, have you tried other sub projects with same results?

Try running benchmarks in Boinc to maybe correct estimates. I also have seen this issue if you are using an App_config, are you using one?

Resend results?

On one of four finished factorial tasks for some reason connecting to the server failed. Do I need to manually resubmit the result or will the software take care of it? When will it happen? Along with the next finished task?
I have had this happen in the past. I have set my option to prompt on startup to clear up any finished work tasks, you then can select 9 to continue, or 3 to send all results and then continue.. Just update your option for prompt, exit program and restart, you will then be prompted.

How to compare performance for a particular sub-project

I have particular problems with SOB, I am unsure as well if my setting are in the best config. I have 3 GPUs and tasks between each card (all 2070supers) seem to vary quite a bit as well. My system acts funny when I turn HT off, I am running ubuntu, and when I turn HT off in Bios, funny things happen. Generally, 50% cpus gets me the best result, I found that SOB runs best using 8 threads per task, where as most other subprojects the magic number is 4 threads per task
SoB tasks are much larger than all the other tasks.
Did you manage to run the prime95 benchmarks?
Yes,
The results were as you suspected. The throughput is best with 8 threads

FWIW, I am running my 3970Xs with HT on, 64x 321 Sieve tasks at a time, plus two Genefer 17 Mega GPU tasks at the same time. No threads reserved for GPU tasks.
But I was asking about SOB in particular. My i9-9820X (with HT off) just did one in 32,999 seconds with two Genefer 17 Mega GPU tasks running at the same time. It has AVX-512. Is that good? The best ever? Horribly bad? No way to know. This is why I started the thread.
