so this was really strange bug.
so it downloaded 16 task to work on.
i double check it with wu and what was being active or not etc .
so again 16 wu.
yet when i choose all 16 to cancel . seeing i was going to blow over the req time to finish.
it showed 75 wu going to cancel..
yet when i high lighted all it showed 16 wu to cancel.
i dont have a screen shoot. due to after canceling the wu it updated it self to not show any more wu.

this was so strange it really hard to put into words.

issue was timer was going up and up.
like i said the wu bug some how. 16 wu dont make 72 wu.......
maybe something corrupted while being crunch.
so wasting time for corrupt wu.... was not a good choice.

Sounds like you might have accidentally clicked the button in BOINC Manager (the Graphical User Interface) on LEFT SIDE that you can toggle between "Show active tasks" and "Show all tasks".
Click on it once again to Show all tasks.

DEFINE:
Active tasks == Only the Currently Running tasks.
All task == show all tasks even if not currently running.

nope. that was not that. it was on show all task. 16 was what was shown. and when i highlighted them it then told me i highlighted 72 ... which was in correct
