Is this a single post or page that lists all past challenges for each project? I'm thinking along the lines of a summary, e.g. project name, challenge name, date of challenge, length of challenge, # of participants who returned at least one result, # of results returned.

I think it is meant that this is the 13th challenge celebrating PG's birthday, rather than celebrating PG's 13th birthday.

This is a cool idea, will definitely look into it!

Hm, nothing for the Olympics?

I don't quite get Euler’s Constant Challenge. It's not even three days, let alone "constant". :P But, really, I don't see 1123 in anything but a Fibonacci sequence.

Name pending on that one. It's the day Euler coined "e" as the constant it's known as today. Also happens to be Thanksgiving in the US

The schedule makes it feel like we are pushing really hard to finish the DIV project.

I am fully in favor of the push up on GFN 17 Low. Personally, that is something that I have always been interested in seeing the gap closed on.

I'm also a fan of ESP. It's a good little project.

Do all the challenges really end one minute before the hour or is this just a notation for "clarity" for those who -for some reason beyond me- might misinterpret, e.g., "thru 19 January 00:00 UTC" as "includes the full day of 19 January"? Even one minute can make a difference, I managed to report one task each in the final 10 seconds of the last two challenges. :)

The gap is still 60 000 000 numbers, so even with sieving I doubt it'll happen anytime soon. Low is at b = 21 000 000, mega is at b = 81 000 000. :)

Maybe PG could set up a drop on / drop off challenge, where ALL work done on SoB could be counted. Then those really favouring SoB and speaking about a year long challenge, can continue competing with those feeling and favouring SoB a lot, for the entire year, while those needing to do something different from time to time, can drop on / drop off as they suits. If PG incist that there needs to be a SoB challenge and it somehow interfears with the challenge schedule, to have an unofficial 2021 year scoreboard, counting the effort done on SoB over the year, then maybe an unofficial year long drop in / drop off challenge for TRP could be put in its place.

I put all challenge history into a spreadsheet and generated the table below. There are too many different GFN challenges to track them all separately and as all GFN stats are on a single subproject status page, I combined them as a single "Project". This includes the 2021 challenges. It does not include any Tour de Primes challenges since those challenges are too general.

Repeat the concentrated January challenge month in July so that users have the choice of participating in either month (or both). Then take the max of the January and July scores for each user's challenge points.

SoB crunchus interruptus: a year-long drop-in/drop-out challenge would be great!
But you'll want to make sure you *complete* the task before pulling out of the challenge for a while.

Um a bit late for a suggestion, but could the SoB challenge be extended to 15 days?
