• At the very beginning of the current search (completed in the first day), when we were double checking numbers smaller than what PRPNet searched, we intentionally skipped reporting near primes. It's not feasible to have a comprehensive list of all near primes at those small sizes, so we couldn't tell what was new and what might have been a new near prime. We did make sure there were no actual primes that had previously been missed.
