Hello friends...

I'd like to ask for help from my friends in the Primegrid project.

I am deeply involved with the American Cancer Society and their Relay for Life which raises funds for Cancer Research.

In March, my brother's mother-in-law passed from metastatic cancer and I participate in memory of her. I also found out just today that a life-long old friend who successfully fought Brain and Lung Cancer last year now has a mass on his spine.

This event raises money that goes directly for local Cancer Research.

Last year I raised $3000+ personally. This year I've raised $835 already and have a personal goal of $2500.

For those interested I just got home from our Relay for Life event. It ran Noon-Midnight this year. I was there @ 10:30 to help setup and I stayed for the entire event for the first time. I am completely exhausted, both physically and emotionally. As a whole, the event raised $42,000+ this year. Our Team came in as #1 with over $10,000.
