My avater isn't showing

Hello.
I am noticed that my avater image isn't showing in this board.
It was definitely showing before.
I uploaded my image again from this page, but it didn't work.
I reduced the size of my image to 3,886 bytes and uploaded it, but it didn't work.
Am I banned from uploading my avater?

logo_pg.png is the older image.

Hello.

It looks as if you haven't set your avatar yet. There are THREE steps you need to do.
1) Click on the "Choose File" button to upload the avatar image -- it must be less thn 4K bytes, in JPG or PNG format, and no larger than 100x100 pixels.
2) Click on the "Use this uploaded avatar:" radio button.
3) Click on the "Update" button near the bottom of the page to save your new preferences.

Actually I also changed my avatar and here's what happened:
- my old avatar is using at forum:
- my new avatar is visible for my project friends:
It's very strange but I have already got used.

It's very strange but I have already got used.
Yes, that's strange, and without digging into the forum code to see why that is, I'll guess it's that your newer avatar violates the 100x100 pixel limitation for the forum (it's 93x119) . Why there isn't the same limitation on the avatars used for friends is beyond me, as is why it stores two different images.

Say, which does the 4K bytes limit mean, 4,096 bytes or 4,000 bytes?
I don't know if it's 4000 or 4096, and I'm not going to start looking through the code to find out (I've never looked at this part of the system.)
I changed some configuration on the system. Try again. I f it works, great, otherwise I'm out of ideas.
