I just got through recommending the all-in-one water cooling units. I forgot the mention something. I've run into this issue more than once. The radiator generally attaches to back fan port. I've had the radiators and fittings conflict with the side panel fan housing. Even if you're not using a side fan on your case it would still be a problem. Nothing a dremel and 30 seconds couldn't fix. Do some measurements, or visit some of the water cooling forums to learn of case issues.
