Does Primegrid check to see if new primes are Fermat divisors? Does it check to see if they're twin or SG primes? Also, does Primegrid have a full list of all of the proth primes that it has found? The information may be useful for those looking for Fermat divisors.

You need to differentiate between BOINC and PRPNet. I cannot speak for BOINC, but I can for PRPNet.

PRPNet will automatically check all k*2^n+1 numbers to see if they divide a Fermat number or Generalized Fermat Number if the client has configured pfgw. The PRPNet PPS projects have a user_gfns.html page and the server keeps track of which PRPs/primes have had a Fermat divisibility test done on them. This allows Lennart to see which numbers needs to be tested for Fermat divisibility outside of PRPNet.

PRPNet 4.x will automatically check for twinness and SG-ness on the SGS project.

I suspect that Lennart runs all k*2^n+1 primes found by BOINC through pfgw to determine if they divide a Fermat number or Generalized Fermat Number.

Yes, Fermat number divisibility is checked automatically in the server. Only the SGS project is checked for twins or SG primes. Yes, all primes are kept in the database.

Many of the older proof codes have this in their descriptive data section:
