All my PPS 1.27 (cuda23) tasks return these 2 messages:

"Task pps_sr2sieve_1605467_0: no shared memory segment"

"Task pps_sr2sieve_1605467_0 exited with zero status but no 'finished' file"

I have reset the project ???

Any suggestions ??

The Previous sieve I was running worked OK V1.07?).

With V1.27 there is never any progress shown.

I will try the test and report.

I downloaded and ran the test, but received the following from the command line:

./ppsieve-cuda-x86_64-linux: error while loading shared libraries: libcudart.so.2: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

With 1.24, my 9800GT crunched a block in about 30 minutes, 1.27 now states that it should finish in 00:01:28 minutes, but the progress just stays at 0%, until it gets killed due to timeout.

Do you need more input to figure out what is wrong? Can I somehow enforce a switchback to 1.24?

so there is a cuda app for a linux machine? i am running 32 bit ubuntu and have a gt240 cuda card. which subproject do i choose?
